How to search for planning applications and decisions

You can search for planning applications and decisions since 1 January 1997. This database is updated every 24 hours. You can also use our interactive maps to search for planning applications.

 

Copies of planning applications are also avaialbe at Planning Serices Reception on the 1st floor of the Civic Offices in Wokingham. They are also sent to Town and Parish Councils and Woodley Library.

 

All of the plans displayed are protected by copyright and remain the property of the owner. You can make copies of plans under the terms of the copyright, patents and designs act 1988 if they are for your own use and not for any other purpose without the owners permission.
