Papers on the Site Allocations Initial Options for the 27 July 2006 Executive

The Council's Executive on 27 July 2006 will be considering a report on the Initial Options for the Site Allocations Development Plan Document in Wokingham District. The document details the early ideas (initial options) for selecting potential sites for development within the District between 2006 and 2026. These initial options relate to how the Council could take forward the Site Allocations Development Plan Document in the Local Development Framework.
 
In releasing details of the sites submitted, it should be recognised that the Council has not decided whether any of them are suitable for development as part of its future land use plans.

The following Background Papers to the Executive Report on the Site Allocations Initial Options:
 
  1. Details of the sites submitted between 20 September 2004 and 31 March 2006. Consultation responses on draft Scoping Report for the Sustainability Appraisal.
  2. Background Analysis of Initial Options;
  3. Sustainability Appraisal (including Strategic Environmental Assessment) of the Initial Options.
 
In addition, a copy of the Statement of Consultation on the draft Scoping Report on the Sustainability Appraisal is also attached.

An interactive map of the suggested sites, potential develompent limits and the review of the Green Gap and Wedges is available online. This is through PlanAccess.
