The Housing Site Allocations Development Plan Document - DPD - in the Local Development Framework will identify sites for residential development between 2006 and 2026 in the borough in line with our Core Strategy.
The Council has agreed the following timetable for producing the Housing Site Allocations DPD:
Revisions to the remainder of this timetable were agreed as part of the Local Development Scheme. 1 July 2008 to 30 June 2011. The timetable is now:
Executive consider responses to Initial Options and agree Draft Housing Site Allocations DPD - Ocotber 2008
Consult on the Draft Housing Site Allocations DPD - November-December 2008
Executive consider responses to Draft Site Allocations DPD and agree draft submission document - March 2009
- Consult on draft submission Housing Site Allocations DPD - April-May 2009
- Consider response to draft submission Housing Site Allocations DPD and provided no changes are considered necessary by the authority, submit it to the Secretary of State - June 2009
- Pre-Examination Meeting - August 2009
Examination - September-October 2009
Receive binding Inspector's Report - January 2010
Adopt Housing Site Allocations DPD - March 2010
