Papers on the Alternatives for the Draft Core Strategy for the 27 October 2005 Executive

The Council's Executive on 27 October 2005 will be considering a report on the Alternatives for the Draft Core Strategy in the Wokingham District. The Core Strategy will outline the broad policy framework together with the scale and locations of development acceptable in the district. This is likely to be based on applying the principles of sustainable development.  The Core Strategy would also indicate the overall requirements for development (including housing) from 2006 to 2021. The Alternatives for the Draft Core Strategy is the second stage in the process to drafting the Core Strategy.
