Annual Monitoring Report
The Council must produce an Annual Monitoring Report for the Secretary of State, covering progress from 1 April to 31 March.
The Annual monitoring Report must cover the following matters (according to legal requirements):
a) A housing trajectory;
b) Progress on meeting the targets in the Local Development Scheme;
c) Whether any Local Development Orders have been drafted;
d) How well the policies in the Development Plan are working.
If the authority's progress is not in line with its original expectations, the Annual Monitoring Report must detail what actions are proposed to meet them.
The information is contained in two separate Annual Monitoring Reports. The first deals with items within the Wokingham Local Development Framework, with the second one covering matters within the Berkshire Minerals and Waste Framework.
The Annual Monitoring Reports for the following periods are attached:
- 1 April 2004 to 31 March 2005;
- 1 April 2005 to 31 March 2006; and
- 1 April 2006 to 31 March 2007
