Pest control

We provide a pest control service for rats and mice in residential properties only. To make an appointment call 0118 974 6200. On occasions it may be possible to assist with wasps nests within residential properties also. To find out if we are currently offering this service please phone us on 0118 9746200. The fee for treating one nest is £42 for one visit plus £12.60 per additional nest.

Charges from 1 April 2009, inclusive of VAT, are as follows:

Rats 

£52.50 for a course of treatment - up to 3 visits.

There will be no charge for rats if you are in receipt of: 

• Income Support

• Housing Benefit

• Council Tax Benefit

• Disabled Persons Tax Credit 

• Guaranteed Credit 

• Please have proof of receipt available when the Pest Control Officer calls

Mice 

£52.50 for a course of treatment - up to 3 visits.  

If no treatment is necessary or an appointment is not met or not cancelled there will be a call-out charge of £12.10.
