Local land charges

Our local land charges fees are:

• Certificate LLC1 - £27.00

• CON29R - £105.00

• £132.00 for basic search

• Each question on CON29O - £16.50

• Each additional enquiry - £26.40

• Each additional parcel of land - £15.20

• Personal searches - £11.00 plus £1.00 for printout of any register entries 

2 copies of a recent plan with each search is required.

Searches take approx 5 working days and a maximum of 10 working days.

Unfortunately our online submission software is not currently working, but we are working hard to fix this.

We now have new software installed which enables you to submit searches to us online.

Payment for searches submitted online will be through bacs, our details are:
