Local land charges
Our local land charges fees are as follows:

| CON29R | £119.50 |
| Each question on CON29O | £15.75 |
| Each additional question | £25.20 |
| Each additional parcel including LLC1 | £15.20 |
| Personal search fees | £11.00 plus £1.00 for printout of any register entries |
Two copies of a recent plan with each search is required.
Searches take a maximum of 10 working days.
We are in the process of having new software installed which will enable you to submit searches to us online. More information will be displayed here as it becomes available.
