Our aims

Our aim is to ensure that:

  • 80% of our customers are either very satisfied or satisfied with the service they receive from us
  • We answer 80% of your calls within 20 seconds
  • 95% of callers are always able to get through
  • We answer emails within 3 working days

So how have we done?

In 2011 Wokingham Direct was named one of the Top 50 Contact Centres for Customer Service.

In the multi-sector category we came 13th, were 3rd in the public sector category and were placed 1st amongst local authorities.
