Management assurance is a key element in providing assurance behind the Council's Statement of Internal Control (that must be presented annually to Council). A Management Assurance Report has been designed to capture this assurance, in brief, and ensure all key aspects have been covered. It includes; service performance, financial performance, risk management and external inspections. An illustrative Management Assurance Report and a blank template is provided below to assist Corporate Heads in making their report.
