Wokingham Borough Council Corporate Plan 2008 - 2018

The Corporate Plan is our road map for the future. It is the Council's plan to achieve:

• The Local Area Agreement - our Community Strategy - agreed with our partners

• Our longer term Vision for Wokingham Borough

It sets out our specific targets for the next 10 years and the next steps on our journey to:

• Provide high quality services combined with excellent value for money 

• Engage with our residents on key decisions which affect their lives

We will use these targets to judge our progress and will work closely with our partners to make a positive difference for all our residents and communities. We will monitor the plan and report back on progress.

We have also produced an annual business plan which sets out our annual targets in more detail.
