We want to provide all our customers a good service. We want to give them the opportunity to see how we are performing against our key targets. The documents on this page relate to the performance of the Revenues and Benefits Team, to enable customers to see what we are achieving for them.
We try to identify who our customers are, to ensure our services are tailored to meet their needs. We also aim to consult and ask for feedback to see how we are doing.
