Find a Public Toilet with the 'Local Loo' scheme

Cleaner, safer and more convenient toilets are now available in the Wokingham Borough through the Local Loo scheme. 

As part of the scheme several businesses, including pubs and cafes, and libraries and council offices in Wokingham and Woodley town and Wargrave and Twyford villages have signed up to be a Local Loo partner - allowing the public to use their toilets for free. We pay each of these businesses a set fee so residents and visitors do not have to reach for their wallets when they want to spend a penny.

The 5 sets of old public conveniences, previously run by us, have now closed.

Local loos in Wokingham

In Wokingham Town Centre residents and visitors can use:

• The Red Lion, Denmark Street - Monday to Thursday from 11am to 3pm and from 5pm to 11pm; Friday from 11am to 1am; Saturday from 11am to midnight and Sunday from noon to 3pm and from 5pm to 11pm.

• The Broad Street Tavern, Broad Street - Monday to Saturday from noon to 11pm and Sunday from noon until 10.30pm

• Wokingham Borough Council civic offices, Shute End - Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm

• Wokingham Library, Denmark Street - Monday 9.30am to 7pm; Tuesday 9.30am to 5pm; Wednesday 9.30am to 1pm, Thursday 9.30am to 8pm, Friday 9.30am to 5pm and Saturday 9.30am to 4pm 

• The Brown Bag, Alexandra Court - Monday to Sunday 7am to 5pm.

• Max’s coffee Bean Delicatessen, Peach Street, Wokingham. Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 4pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm. Sunday 10am to 3pm.

Local loos in Woodley

In Woodley Town Centre residents and visitors can use:

• Costa Coffee, Crockhamwell Road, Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm and 9.30am to 5pm on Sunday

• The Oakwood Centre, Headley Road, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and 9am to 4pm on Saturday

• Cafe Pandilla, Crockhamwell Road, Monday to Saturday 8am to 4.30pm and Sunday 9.30am to 4pm

Local loos in Wargrave

In Wargrave residents and visitors can use:

• The Bull Hotel, High Street, Monday to Friday noon to 3pm and 6pm to midnight and noon to midnight at weekends

• The St George and Dragon, High Street, Monday to Saturday 11am to 11pm and 11am to 10.30pm on Sunday.

Local loos in Twyford 

In Twyford residents and visitors can use:

• Sebastian's Cafe, London, Road, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm and 8am to 4pm on Saturday
