The Cashiers’ front desk now closes at 4pm each day.

To make a payment after 4pm, you can do the following:

Pay online or by phone

For Business Rates, Council Tax, Housing/Garage Rent, or sundry debtors you can pay via these methods: 

• Pay online
• Pay by 24 hour telephone service on: 0118 989 1609

Cash and cheque payments

To pay any other bill, or make a payment by cash or cheque, the payment can be left in the yellow collections box (on the wall next to the Cashiers’ window).

• Envelopes will be available from the Reception Desk.
• You will need to write your name and address on the envelope, with details of the payment amount and what it is for.
• Payments made in this way will be processed on the next working day.
