Wokingham Borough libraries are organising a series of events for National Libraries Day (February 4), which is devoted to celebrating libraries, library users, staff and supporters across the UK.
Cllr UllaKarin Clark, executive member for internal services, said: "Whether you are a regular or occasional user, read books in the traditional way or on your laptop or e-reader, we would like people to go to their local school or public library and use their local service. National Libraries Day is a day of celebration to promote the culture of reading for pleasure, information and engagement."
