The Personnel Board is responsible for discharging the Councils functions relating to appointment and dismissal of or disciplinary action respect of the Head of Paid Service or General Manager. To determine the Terms and Conditions of services (including procedure for dismissal), requests for early retirement and redundancy of all staff. To make recommendation to the Council and Executive as appropriate.
