In the financial year 2010-11, we received a total of 10,363 responses to consultations. This is broken down to:

• All Resident Consultations – 7286
• Service User Consultations – 1740
• Council Staff Consultations – 323
• School Staff Consultations – 511
• Other Consultations- 503

Alongside these, the Council also carries out a number of ongoing feedback forms throughout the year. We received a total of 1624 to these in the same period. There were also responses received to feedback forms for Tenant Services on their repairs team but these are unable to be broken down by date. The 1624 responses are broken down to:

• All Resident Feedback Surveys – 271
• Service User Surveys – 1323
• Council Staff – 30

In total, 11,987 responses were received to consultations and surveys in the period April 2010 to March 2011.
