The Staff Wellbeing Survey is available to complete online via this page. You will need the letter that was sent to all school staff with your individual ID code on it. This code is only needed to access the survey and to ensure that only one survey is returned per member of staff - it cannot be used to trace who you are as these codes have been randomly generated and sent out.
