Our Performance Plans

Our Performance Plans provide an overview of performance in our services and provides a forecast of targeted performance over the next 3 years.

 

 

Performance management is key to us achieving our aims and objectives. As part of our Performance Management Framework the National Best Value Performance Indicators and our local indicators have a high priority within the Council.

 

 

We are committed to achieving efficiencies as part of a longer-term objective to ensure Council Tax increases are kept at a reasonable level. Our performance indicators provide one of the key measures in helping us assess efficiency gains.

 

 

A summary of our financial statements is included within the performance plans to demonstrate accountability to stakeholders for our financial performance.
