Performance Management

Performance  Management is "looking at perfomance, seeing how it could be improved and then taking action to achieve those improvements."

Part of the day job

Performance Management is part of everything we all do.

Some elements are highly visible like the reporting of specific performance measures, but many elements are simply part of our staff's day to day jobs.

The golden thread is shown to the right and can be seen as a golden line on the Performance Management Framework.
