Charvil Village Fete 05/07/2009
An event for all the family. This year's theme is Caribbean with a steel band. Children's Competition, Grand Raffle, Photo Competition, Ferrets, Climbing Wall, Punch and Judy, Clown, Giant Slide, Teas and Cakes, Beer Tent, Caribbean Cocktails, BBQ, Plants, Local Clubs, Art and Craft stalls, Bric and Brac plus more. We are desperately seeking help on the day to set up and run some stalls. If you can spare and hour in the morning or maybe 2 hours during the afternoon we would be very grateful. Please contact the Secretary. If you would like to have a stall at £15 per table contact the Secretary.

Thames Hospicecare Summer Fayre 11/07/2009
Come along for a swashbuckling day out as we have a pirate theme for our 2009 Summer Fayre. You will also be entertained by pirate entertainers, ferret racing, dog show and much more. Thames Hospicecare provides palliative care to the people of East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire with life limiting illness. The care is provided free of charge so we need to raise nearly £6 million pounds to maintain this. Free Parking and entry by donation only.
