Tai Chi in the park at Dinton Pastures
This year Berkshire Tai Chi is joining forces with Wokingham Borough Council to offer Tai Chi in the Park at Dinton Pastures.

We’ll be meeting up every Wednesday morning for an hour and a half beside Black Swan Lake, where you can take time to learn this fascinating art surrounded by the peace and calm of nature.

You can join in whether you’re young or old, fit or not. There can be few better ways to break up your week and ‘re-charge the batteries’. If you work shifts, are retired, or just don’t relish the thought of coming out in the evenings, this is the ideal opportunity for you to get involved.
