Agenda and minutes

Use our database to search for meetings that took place on a specific day / month or for agendas and minutes by committee title. 

 

The database contains minutes and agendas from May 2003. Earlier minutes and agendas are available be selecting the link in the left hand naviation.  

 

Minutes of a meeting are in draft form until agreed at the next meeting of that committee.

You can also see our meeting schedule to find out the dates and times of forthcoming meetings.

All agenda and minutes are published in PDF format. To read a PDF file you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free from www.adobe.com. 

 

For Planning you can also search the planning applications database to view the applications and maps online.

You can download the agenda/minutes from here or you can visit the offices to inspect and take extracts - at a small charge - from current and previous agenda and minutes.

 

The only exceptions are those items which would infringe copyright or would not be dealt with in public for reasons of confidentiality. All reports contain a list of Background Papers which are the documents on which the report has been based. These are also available for public inspection  - subject to the same exceptions.
