I have resided with the Wokingham Borough for the past 40 years, am married have have two sons, both of who live and work locally. |

As a practising attorney has engaged in many trials and hearings and has participated in many negotiated events - contested and friendly. |
David Soane Independent Member 3 Sopwith Close Woodley Berkshire RG5 4PD | Semi retired, former business and systems development manager focussing on telecommunications and IT projects. Has particular expertise in data warehousing and supply chain / logistics applications. Spent several years managing substantial projects in the Caribbean and Central America. Served on various committees dealing with human resource issues. Currently providing website development and support for local charities. |
