General Satisfaction Survey results
In September 2006 we sent out a questionnaire to 5,000 households across the Borough. This questionnaire looked at a number of services provided by the Council, such as waste and recycling facilities, public transport and overall satisfaction with the Council.
The report below provides a summary of the results, and comparisons with the General Satisfaction Survey from 2003 - 2004 where applicable. It is anticipated that these results will allow the Council to make improvements to services where required and increase customer satisfaction in future years.
