Anyone who has walking difficulties including children between 12 and 16 when accompanied by an adult.

How can I hire a scooter?

First, contact the Countryside Service to arrange a simple induction and receive a membership card. The inductions are short, friendly and make sure the driver is confident in control of the buggy. Once you've taken the induction you can book the scooters over the phone.

Do I Need Any Special Skills?

No. The scooters are easy to drive and full instructions will be given. The following restrictions do apply
1. You must be able to walk to the scooter and not have had a fit in the past 3 years
