Prospectus and funding for voluntary groups

Wokingham Children’s Trust has developed a prospectus for development work to prepare the children and young people’s voluntary sector for commissioning and invites expressions of interest from groups to deliver the desired outcomes.

Bid for funding

Prospectuses invite voluntary, community and not for profit organisations to bid for funding (whether through grants or contracts) that can be used to deliver local public services. The commissioners for this Prospectus are Wokingham Borough Council's Children’s Services.

About the prospectus

This Prospectus invites applications from organisations and groups that can help the Council deliver a service that will prepare voluntary, community and not for profit organizations for the move to commissioning.

There is a total of £6,000 funding available for the delivery of the outcomes set out in this prospectus.

You can bid for all or some of the total grant funding available. Use the application form to tell us how much funding you require and which outcomes you can help us to deliver.

Services should start on 4th May 2011 and cease on 31st March 2012

You should be aware that economic conditions may lead to changes in the amount of funding available for all public services.
