Within the pack is a 'Details of Your Ceremony' form that will need completing and returning to us as soon as possible. The first page provides us with all the information we need to ensure your special day runs smoothly. The second page enables you to personalise your ceremony in several ways. Please read the Suggested Readings for Civil Ceremonies document if you need help choosing readings.
