Advice about leaving care

This page should give you an idea of things you will need to think about as you move towards adulthood and what you can expect from the people responsible for your care.

 

 

The main thing to remember is that you are not on your own. Your Social Worker or Personal Advisor will ensure that you are given all the support you need.

We will provide the best possible care for you but if you, or a member of your family, is unhappy with our service, you have a right to complain. Ask the Leaving Care Services for a copy of the complaints leaflet.
