Admissions Arrangements 2009-2010
This is under Section 89 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998.
School Admission Arrangements for Entry in the 2009-2010 school year
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with regulation 8A of the Education - Determination of Admission Arrangements - Regulations 1999.
We have determined the admission arrangements for all community and voluntary controlled schools within the Borough, for entry in the school year 2009-2010. Notice is also given that the respective school governing bodies have determined the admission arrangements for the following voluntary aided or foundation schools within the Borough, for entry in the school year 2009-2010.
Copies of the determined admission arrangements are available for inspection at our offices:

between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Further information about the determined arrangements and the ability of a parent to object may be obtained from Admissions team, Children’s Services, at the above address or by telephone 0118 974 6113 or email: schooladmissions@wokingham.gov.uk.
An objection that any aspect of the determined arrangements is unlawful and fails to comply with the School Admissions Code may be referred to the Schools Adjudicator by any eligible parent. Applications must be made in writing, within 6 weeks of this notice, to:

Under the School Admissions - Alteration and Variation of, and Objections to, Arrangements - England - Regulations 2007, an ‘eligible parent’ in this instance is one whose child has attained the age of 2 but is not above compulsory school age and who has been, is, or will be eligible to apply to the school whose admission arrangements are the subject of the objection.
Note that new regulations may be made, after the date of publication of this notice, to extend the stated time limit for objections.
