Street trading licensing
All the streets within the boundaries of Wokingham Borough are consent streets. This means any person wishing to sell goods to the public must have been granted a Street Trading Consent before they start trading.
Most consents we issue are to trade to sell fast foods. However, consents have been issued for the sale of clothing, jewellery and flowers.
Street traders are required to find a location that they believe is suitable for the type of goods they wish to sell. To discuss the suitability of the location you wish to trade from and apply for the fee contact our Licensing Team on 0118 974 6358.
