Training and careers
In order to ensure food is produced, stored and sold in safe and hygienic way, it is important that the staff involved in producing food are adequately trained.
Food hygiene regulations
The Food - Hygiene - England Regulations 2006 require the proprietor of a food business to ensure that food handlers are supervised and instructed and/or trained in food hygiene matters commensurate with their work activities.
