Section 80 of the Building Act 1984 requires you to give notice of any intended demolition work. Our online form helps you to make this quickly and simply.

Your application will remain invalid until full payment has been received. You are not permitted to start works until we have issued a Demolition Notice.

Section 80 of the Building Act 1984 requires that the person undertaking the demolition of a building or part of a building gives copies of this notice to the following.
1. Occupiers of all buildings adjacent to the building to be demolished
2. The local gas supplier
3. The local electricity supplier
4. The Health and Safety Executive
