Section 80 of the Building Act 1984 requires you to give notice of any intended demolition work. Our online form helps you to make this quickly and simply.

The submitted form will not be accepted as a valid application until full payment has been received. Work must not start prior to a valid application being submitted.

Section 80 of the Building Act 1984 requires that the person undertaking the demolition of a building or part of a building gives copies of this notice to the following.
1. Occupiers of all buildings adjacent to the building to be demolished
2. The local gas supplier
3. The local electricity supplier
4. The Health and Safety Executive
