How to use our online library

To log into the catalogue, enter the barcode number from your library ticket and your PIN (Personal Identification Number.)  

Forgotten your PIN?

If you have forgotten your PIN, go to the 'Forgotten your PIN?' page. If you do not have a PIN, please visit any of our libraries.

• Renew your books online:

  If your items are not required for a reservation they may be renewed up to four times.

You can renew through our online library catalogue, then go into your account and renew.

You will be asked for your Library card number to renew your items.

• Search the online catalogue:

  Search our catalogue for books, CDs, DVDs and other resources 

• Reserve items online:

  Place online reservations for items that are on loan. Charges apply.

• Access online books:

  Access online reference materials and eBooks.

Charges

If you use services for which a charge is payable, it will be added to your account.
