Concessions
Customers who are blind or partially sighted receive the following concessions:
- Free CD and cassette loans
- Half price DVD loans
- No charge for overdue items
The following groups receive a concession on overdue charges, on production of the relevant documentation:
- State pensioner
- Registered disabled
- Over-18 in full-time education
- Blind / partially sighted
- Unemployment benefit or income support

Your membership record will be amended on production of the relevant documentation:
