We actively encourage operators and drivers to provide wheelchair accessible vehicles within their existing fleet. There has been a steady increase in the number of accessible vehicles available in the Borough.
If you are a taxi company with accessible vehicles and would like your details included here, please contact the Access Officer.
Feedback with regard to difficulties using taxi services by people with impairments would be appreciated. Action cannot be taken without details of each incident being reported. You can contact the Access Officer, or complete an online feedback form. Any information will be dealt with in the strictest confidence.
